How to Invite Learners to Complete a Skills Scan
Inviting Learners for the First Time
Complete Skills Diagnosis: Make sure you've finished the initial Skills Diagnosis and confirmed a learning goal.
Send Invites: You will be prompted to add the email addresses of those you would like to complete a Skills Scan at the end of your Skills Diagnosis. Ensure emails are separated with a comma.
Inviting More Learners Later
Want to invite more learners down the line? No problem! Just follow these simple steps:
Log In: Go to your leader platform.
Navigate to Diagnosis Page: Click on the Diagnosis tab in the left-side navigation.
Invite More Learners: You’ll find a button in the top right-hand corner to invite additional learners.

I have invited learners, but they haven't received the invite. What should I do?
The invite comes from [email protected]. Here are a few steps to help:
Ask the recipient to check their junk/spam folder.
Confirm with your IT team that the domain isn’t blocked.
