Based on your responses in the Skills Scan, a bespoke path is generated to help you acquire the most relevant competencies and knowledge.
How do I access my Personalized Learning Pathway?
Once you have completed your Skills Scan, your Personalized Learning Pathway will be generated.
Your Personalized Learning Pathway should be accessible from the 'Pathways' tab on the left-side navigation bar.

Can I complete the Learning Units in any order?
Yes! Feel free to tackle the learning units in any sequence that suits you best. You will gain the associated competencies upon completing all units within the pathway.
My co-worker’s pathway is different to mine - is this expected?
Absolutely. Each learner’s pathway is unique, reflecting their individual responses in the Skills Scan. This customization ensures that you focus on acquiring knowledge and skills that are most pertinent to your personal and professional development.
Can I change my Personalized Learning Pathway?
Your pathway is designed based on your responses in the Skills Scan to ensure you acquire the most relevant competencies and knowledge, aligning with both your needs and the broader goals and objectives of your organization.
Because of this, we can't alter your learning pathway once it is generated. The pathways are specifically crafted to meet your personal and professional development needs in the most effective way possible.
