How to complete the Skills Scan, plus troubleshooting steps and FAQs

What is a Skills Scan?

  • A Skills Scan is our way of understanding your current level of skill in key strategic areas flagged to us by leaders within your organization. You’ll be asked to reflect on whether you feel new to, or an expert in, various digital and data skills. Remember, this isn't a test - it's a tool to help us provide you with the best possible learning experience. So be honest in your responses, and get ready for a learning pathway tailored just for you!


Accessing the Skills Scan

  • Once a leader within your organization has set a strategic goal, they will add you to the goal and invite you to complete a Skills Scan.

  • You should receive an invite via email which will prompt you to log in or create an account.

  • Once logged in, you can view the goal set and start the Skills Scan from your homepage.

  • If you didn’t get the invite email, don’t worry! Check your junk or spam folder first, or ask your IT team to ensure emails from [email protected] aren’t being blocked. Still no luck? No problem – just click the widget at the bottom right corner of this page to log a support ticket with our team. We’re here to help!

Can I redo my Skills Scan?

  • If you think you didn’t answer the questions correctly, you won’t be able to retake the Skills Scan. But don’t worry – this is a chance to discover areas where you can improve and grow.
