If you are enrolled in our data programmes using Tableau as your business intelligence tool, you can obtain a license key.

1. Follow this link and if not already, log in to the Community Hub

2. Scroll down to Tableau and here you’ll find the License Key

3. Download the latest version of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep Builder here
Click on the link above and select “Download Tableau Desktop” and “Download Tableau Prep Builder”.

4. You may be directed to a holding page for a 14-day free trial - Once installed you will be able to update the product key for your free license and end the trial (license key in link shared on step one).

5. On the form, enter your email address for Business e-mail, please ensure this matches your Applied or MyMultiverse email. Finally, enter 'Multiverse' for Organization.

6. Activate with the product key from step one! Already have a copy of Tableau Desktop installed? Update your license in the application: Help menu → Manage Product Keys.
