Overview

If you’re ready to join a Multiverse apprenticeship via your employer, our new sign-up process makes it easier for you to apply and track the outcome of your application! Read on to find out more about our application sign-up process.


Sign-up process

To begin the sign-up, click on the link provided in the email you will have received from Multiverse. You’ll be asked to enter an email address during the sign-up process. Please enter your work email address so that we can match the domain to your employer. This will ensure you can view the relevant opportunities.

If we’re not able to link you to your employer via the email address, we will ask you for your company’s unique 6-digit code. This code will also appear in the original sign-up email you were sent.

Once we’ve verified your email domain or company code, we’ll ask you for a few more details, including setting a password for your account. You will then be able to verify your account and begin applying to one of our programmes.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I tried to sign up via my work email address, but I am getting an error.

    • If we’re not able to match your email domain to your employer, we will ask you to enter your company’s unique 6-digit code to link you to the correct organisation. You will find this code in the sign-up email

  • What do I do if I get a “Get in touch to start your application!” message on the platform?

    • Visit https://support.multiverse.io/en/ and use the chatbot located at the bottom right of the screen to request your application link. You can do this by typing "application link" into the chatbot when prompted. Once details have been filled in, our team will then send an application link to you.

  • Do I have to complete the whole application once I’ve started it?

    • No - you can pick back up where you left off. When you log back into your account, you’ll see the option to continue your application.

  • Why can’t I see any programs to apply to when I log in?

    • Your home page will update when your company opens a course that is available to apply to. If courses are available, they will be shown to everyone.

  • I don’t have a work email address yet as I’ve only just been recently hired.

    • If this is the case, you can sign up using your personal email address. You will then be asked to enter your new company’s unique 6-digit code to link you to the correct organisation. You will find this code in the sign-up email.

  • I made a mistake and started an application for the wrong program. Can I go back and change it?

    • Unfortunately, once you’ve started an application for a specific program, you will not currently be able to modify this. You will need to delete the account you created and sign up again, this will then show you all the available programs again.
