How do I sign up to the Multiverse application platform?

This article explains how to create your Multiverse account and start applying for an apprenticeship with your current employer.

What you need before you sign up

To apply for an apprenticeship through Multiverse, your employer must have an active partnership with Multiverse and have agreed to sponsor the opportunity.

If you are unsure whether your employer is partnered with Multiverse, contact your HR or Apprenticeships team before you begin.

If you are not yet employed and want to apply for roles with a future employer, see the FAQ below.

How to sign up: step by step

  1. Open the sign-up link in the email you received from Multiverse.

  2. Enter your work email address. Multiverse uses your email domain to match you to your employer and display the relevant programme opportunities.

  3. If your email domain cannot be verified, you will be prompted to enter your company's 6-digit company code. This code appears in the original sign-up email.

  4. Complete the remaining account details and set a password.

  5. Verify your account using the confirmation link sent to your work email address.

What happens after you verify your account

Once your account is verified, follow the on-platform guidance to complete your profile and the required skills assessments. These steps form part of your application to a Multiverse programme.
