The sign-up process if applying via your current employer
To begin the sign-up, click on the link provided in the email you will have received from Multiverse. You’ll be asked to enter an email address during the sign-up process. Please enter your work email address so that we can match the domain to your employer. This will ensure you can view the relevant opportunities.
If we’re not able to link you to your employer via the email address, we will ask you for your company’s unique 6-digit code. This code will also appear in the original sign-up email you were sent.
Once we’ve verified your email domain or company code, we’ll ask you for a few more details, including setting a password for your account. You will then be able to verify your account and begin applying to one of our programmes.

I can’t find the initial sign-up email
No problem! You can sign up by navigating here and choosing ‘My company is Partnered with Multiverse’.
I don’t have a work email address yet as I’ve only just been recently hired/my work email address is linked to an old account
If this is the case, you can sign up using your personal email address. You will then be asked to enter your company’s unique 6-digit code to link you to the correct organisation. You will find this code in the sign-up email. If you are unable to find this, please reach out to our Support Team.
You can then update your email address once you are accepted onto a programme.
I don’t know if my organisation is partnered with Multiverse
Your HR/Apprenticeships team within your organization will usually be able to advise whether or not your company has an existing partnership with Multiverse. If not, but you hope to in the future, feel free to fill out this form.
