How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your password please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the login page here. Then click 'I forgot my password'.

  2. Enter your email address and click ‘Send reset link’. Please then check your inbox and follow your instructions on screen.

  3. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email. If you are still unable to log in please contact support.

Please note, your password will be rejected if:

  • It is less than 10 characters

  • It is a commonly used password (eg 123456789) - in this case, you will be notified that your password is too weak

  • Our system detects that this password has been previously used in another site with a data breach - you will be warned of this and told to choose a different password
